It’s time
to make yourself a priority
Time management is a myth
Time management is a myth
It’s a delusion that if you master certain skills you will become more organized, efficient, and happy.
The roots of time management started in the 19th century during the rise of the industrial revolution as America moved from agrarian labor to factory work and because punctuality and productivity were necessary to improve the bottom line.
Time management was later adopted by corporate America, for men in suits trying to achieve more and make more money in less time, and for people who work 9-5 jobs.
Traditional time management was not designed for physicians, especially women physicians, because let’s be real, you don’t work 9-5.
Your life is already busy especially when people rely on you to be ready at all times; you have to bring our A-game when you are cracking open chests, you need to have precision and skill when closing up wounds, and you need flexibility when a baby decides to arrive breech in the middle of the night.
You don’t want to squeeze more in your already overbooked schedules.

I can help you!
I can help you!
Do you want a different approach to managing your time?
I am offering you a radical new way to approach time management. This is not a one-size-fits all, this is a unique program tailored to you that you can’t find anywhere else. I want you to know you won’t have to work harder, we’ll work together to develop a schedule that works for you and your lifestyle, without adding to your to-do-list.
At the end of the day, you just want to be present with your family, and have time for yourself, without feeling depleted.
Let's work together!
We will work together to create an account of your current time and uncover the belief systems you have that are literally sucking the time away from you. Then we will deliberately develop a plan that will create more time so you can start living life on your terms.
- You want freedom and flexibility to enjoy the fruits of your labor.
- You want to choose how to practice medicine, including how many hours you want to work per week and how much vacation you want to take.
- You want to feel empowered to set goals that matter to you.
Medical training was like climbing Mount Everest. You have finally arrived at the top of the summit, now is the time to enjoy the view and celebrate how much you have accomplished.
I can show you how!
