Hey

there!

there!

I used to feel just like you… Worn Out and Depleted.

I would start my day and hit the ground running. Lunch was either forgotten or wolfed down standing up at my desk. I would pee for the second time that day only after I had come home from work.

In the evening, it was the usual routine of getting kids ready for bed & then attending to a to-do list a mile long before I could call it a night.

And when I finally had time to wind down, I would keep thinking of all the things that I still had to do– mentally making lists of doctor appointments for the kids, play dates to schedule, & worrying about how busy my clinic day would be the next day.

In the evening, it was the usual routine of getting kids ready for bed & then attending to a to-do list a mile long before I could call it a night.

I would wake up exhausted only to start the whole process over.

My dream of becoming a doctor was looking more and more like a nightmare.

But on the outside, I looked like a success- married, 2 beautiful kids, and a great leadership position in Radiation Oncology.

I didn’t want to look like a success, I wanted to feel like a success.

I was doing it all and being it all for everyone and there was nothing left over for me.

Then, within a month of turning 40, I was diagnosed with cancer and I knew something had to change.

I knew that whatever time that I had left on this earth, I wanted to feel love, excitement and full of energy at work and at home. I wanted to be a successful physician and mom and still be able to take exquisite care of myself. I wanted to do the things that I love and that inspire me- without the hustle, stress and overwhelm-I wanted to do it all on my terms!

Through coaching, I learned why the tools I used for managing my time to get through medical school were no longer working for me. With an arsenal of new tools, coaching opened a whole new world of possibilities-it gave me the space to fall in love with medicine again, I learned how to get more done without having to work harder which empowered me to pursue my passion for entrepreneurship. But most importantly, coaching has taught me to incorporate joy in my life!

I will teach you the exact formula that I use to create time in my life while working as a Radiation Oncologist and building my business from the ground up.
